Commercial and Industrial Electrical installations including distribution warehouses, Cooler/ Freezer facilities, Restaurants, Office tenant Improvements, and exterior lighting
Lighting controls and Title 24 certification. We have years of experience with LED lighting, dimming controls and have a CALCTP Acceptance Test Technicion on staff. If it lights up we can install or fix it
Utility Underground. We have completed just over 500 hundered ground up projects that included installing underground infratsructure (Conduit Banks, Vaults, PMEs, Manholes) for Edison and LA DWP. We know the service planers and inspectors.
Service and Maintenance. Our field personnel have decades of experience. If you need a receptacle cut in or a pesky intermitant problem, We can install it or fix it
Developemnet and Design Build Services: We can work with your architect to develope a "submit ready" set of electrial drawings that meet your needs and are completed in a timely manor.
